Daniel P. Donnersbach

Daniel P. Donnersbach, 49, is charged with dealing in meth, possession of meth, possession of chemical agents with intent to manufacture a controlled substance and possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor
Donnersbach was arrested at his home Oct. 23 after a warrant was issued charging him with stealing a lighter from a tobacco shop near his apartment in the 600 block of North Meridian Street.
The arresting officers reported smelling the odor of marijuana in Donnersbach's apartment.
With Donnersbach jailed on the theft charge, authorities received a search warrant, returned to the apartment and reported finding a methamphetamine lab, along with materials to make meth and marijuana.
Donnersbach received a 25-year prison term and was determined to be a habitual offender in June 1981 after he had been convicted of four felonies over a three-year period.
