I would like to acknowledge the commitment and cooperation of the Massachusetts State Police and Colonel Delaney in this investigation. All of us in law enforcement are committed to investigating and expending the resources necessary to prosecuting corruption wherever we find it."If convicted Foley faces up to 20 years in jail, a $1,000,000 fine, three years of supervised release and a $100 special assessment.
