Mitchell Rothman

Mitchell Rothman, 55, of Accord was taken into custody at his resident at 19 Mettacahonts Road, Lot 32.
The arrest stems from an undercover operation in 2007 involving possession and intent to sell heroin. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third and seventh degree.
Rothman was arraigned and remanded to the Ulster County Jail on $10,000 cash bail.
