Chacartegui was charged with felony trafficking of a controlled substance.After a two-month investigation, Boise police's narcotics unit obtained a warrant to search a home in the 2300 block of State Street. When they searched the home at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, they found multiple baggies containing a combined 46.2 grams of heroin (street value of $7,000), 9.8 grams of marijuana, scales, cash and other drug paraphernalia.
