3 kilos of cocaine were seized by Czech police

Czech police arrested two men, a Czech and an Albanian, who are suspected of trafficking cocaine across the Czech Republic and in Poland and seized drugs worth 24m crowns, Czech Anti-Drug Squad Director Jiri Komorous told CTK today.
According to preliminary estimates, more than 3 kilos of cocaine were seized from which 60,000 doses of drugs could be made. The arrested persons are a 27-year-old Czech citizen and a 36- year-old Albanian who legally stays and does business in the Czech Republic.
Neither of the detained was criminally prosecuted in the past.
The couple imported cocaine, diluted it and then gradually sold it in Ostrava night clubs. However, it also sold the drug in Karvina and Olomouc, both north Moravia, and in Prague.
In addition, the men were part of an international network and they also smuggled cocaine to Poland where they sold it.
