Bruce Boyer was dealing drugs

Ephrata Police received a tip that 47-year-old Bruce Boyer was dealing drugs. So, an officer arranged a meeting with Boyer.
The officer, posing as an addict, purchased $40 worth of heroin and police moved in to arrest him. During the arrest, Boyer struck two police cars while trying to escape.
The transaction took place in a Kmart parking lot, close to a school zone
Boyer is in the Lancaster Prison.
