Lee O'Grady unlawful possession of drugs

Lee O'Grady from Kilbraney, Gusserane was ordered to make a €200 contribution to the New Ross Community Hospital at Tuesday's sitting of New Ross District Court for the unlawful possession of drugs.The defendant, who had no previous convictions, pleaded guilty to unlawfully possessing drugs on January 19, 2007 at Ballycullane.The Court heard that the 20-year-old defendant was employed by a local construction company and the quantity of drugs found was very small'. Solicitor, Gerry Flynn, suggested that his client could make a €200 contribution to the New Ross Community Hospital.
